typical german weather… after some very cold days you finally get the sun back for a weekend just to get back to nearly a whole week of rain… anyway, hope the sun comes back soon

the warm days are finally coming back so are the chilled and relaxed occasions you go out and spend some quality time with your friends. it’s nice to be able to hang out outside again and of course to take more pics again. unfortunately this could be the last pics for a certain amount of weeks because i have to send my d300s back to nikon for some testing… anyway, here are two shots

this one is played on heavy rotation right now… actually i nearly forgot how incredible this peace of hip hop history sounded to me when i first heard it… but as it is with such classics they are always relevant and you’ll always find stuff on your mind you can relate to the music and the lyrics!

as some of you know i do some photography work for a local magazine called koubs. the first issue dropped in june 2008 and since that date it’s released on a monthly basis. and every now and then i am lucky enough that one of my pictures gets on the cover. feel free to visit www.koubs.de and take a look at our online archive where you can read all released issues.

like a lot of other places in the last weeks our crooked little town called düren was covered in snow too. tried to shoot some snowy night shots for a while now but actually never had the chance or time to do so… but as you can see i finally made some pics. i called my friend timo who wanted to do this too. it was really friggin cold but it was fun.

oh and by the way, happy birthday again my friend. keep it rocking!
